Landon has participated in British Soccer Camp since he was 3 years old!  It is an AWESOME camp!  Landon has really grasped the concepts of soccer and he did a great job.  He enjoyed the week and it was exciting to see his competitive spirit come out in the scrimmages!

We happened to be at the beach when a childhood friend was down there too!  Our kiddos sure had fun playing together!

Schlitterbahn South Padre

My parents got us tickets to go to the South Padre Schlitterbahn!  Landon was super excited about this!  Going to the one in South Padre is a treat for him...thanks Meme and Pa!

Landon looks forward to fishing trips with Uncle Ryan because he always finds some great ones for him!  This trip was no different...Landon and Rowan reeled lots of trout!

We went down to my parents house in Port Isabel in mid July and McKenzie got to really play on the beach for the 1st time!  She had been to the beach, but she was finally old enough to enjoy it!  She had a great time!  Big Bro Landon is a fan of the beach as well and gets more and more daring everytime we go into the ocean.  I thought Shark Week would make him a little anxious about the ocean water but not so much!  He loves everything about it!

McKenzie is 9 months old...

McKenzie you...

- went on your 1st plane flight (We went to Colorado to be with Daddy's side of the family!)
- found your tongue and play with it all the time...you roll it, curl it, twist it!
- finally decided you liked baby food about a week ago!
- went to Galeveston for your first Clark Family Reunion.
- went to Port Isabel/South Padre to see Meme and Pa and lots of other family members!
- love the water and have fun in pools or at Schlitterbahn.
- have really started interacting with your brother...pull his hair, mess with his ears, look for him if he leaves the room, etc.
- are full of funny faces!
- love going CRAZY in your Jumperoo!
- finally moved into a size 3 diaper.
- wear 6-9 month clothing.
- weigh 17 lbs., 15 ozs. (26 percentile) and you are 29.75 inches long (98 percentile)!
- get everywhere you want to by by rolling or scooting.
- started crawling 1 day before you turned 9 months!
