Landon and I went to visit The Fryar Family in Cypress and while we were there we took pictures of the kiddos in the bluebonnets. We had a great time visiting with McCalle, Mike, Lily, the "fruffs" and kitties! Thanks for having us. :)

Update on Silly Sleeping Boy

Landon decided to empty a couple of drawers to make himself a bed! Why did we buy him a bed?!?!?! He also insisted on wearing his Christmas pajama bottoms, even though he had jeans on...pjs had dogs on them and jeans didn't! Can't go to sleep without a hat on either ~ gotta keep the sun out of his eyes! :) Wonder how I will find him next time?

Landon has been in a toddler bed since right after Thanksgiving and he did so well with the transition, however, recently he has taken to sleeping on the floor. When I go in his room I never know what I will see. These are just some moments I have captured of this silly boy's phase!

Our trip must end with an outing to Bill Miller in Five Points on our way back to New Braunfels!

Landon and I drove down to Port Isabel on Friday to surprise my Mom. I have never completely surprised her...she was in complete shock and so happy to see us at her door. We had a great time...eating way too much food, talking, going to the beach, Turtle Rescue Center, etc. My Dad came home Sunday from a "guys weekend" and was happy to get his Landon fix! They sure have fun together playing in the water/sand and going on golf cart rides. We were packed up and ready to leave on Monday, but there was no way we could leave the beach on a beautiful day so we stayed until Wednesday! Landon absolutely loved the ocean and sand!
