Afternoon with Friends

My friend Krista and Landon's friend, William, invited us out to their neighborhood pool and we had a great time swimming and playing in the water. It is so nice to be able to cool off during the heat of the day. Our friend Kristal was also there with her daughter Jamie. The kiddos and moms had a nice time!

Fun Times in the Rain

Landon and Brian played in the rain yesterday evening. Brian is trying to earn his FP (Favorite Parent) status back...he might have been FP then, but who did Landon want at 2 a.m....me! I would rather be the daytime FP!

First time BEHIND the boat!

Landon got to tube behind the boat for the first time yesterday...he had a great time! He also enjoyed hanging out on the boat and swimming in the lake. We are blessed to have a SUPER laid back, easy going, little boy.

Funny Faces

When Landon gets excited he opens his mouth really big. It looks like he is screaming, but he is not...just his expression! He also likes to pucker up his lips like a fish. He does this when he says, "No!" and it is so stinkin' cute!

Friday Fun!

Landon and Abby started off the morning in the pool and then headed for the playscape. They are about a month apart and it is so funny to listen to them talk to each other. It is a secret language that only they can understand.

Wednesday we went to the Children's Museum with some friends and Landon enjoyed playing in all the different areas (camp site, hospital, grocery store, space center, etc.) We bought a membership so he will have many more opportunities to explore and learn in the museum. He is a perfect age for it...so FUN to watch him get so excited. I love it too...huge, indoor, safe, playing area! Great place to go to get out of the Texas heat!

Chick-fil-A Outing

Brian is out of town on a business trip and I got Chick-fil-A coupons in the mail, so off to dinner Landon and I went! They had these cute cow headbands so I decided to put one on Landon. He was not even fazed by it. He does love to wear hats, so he probably thought it was just another hat.
