I LOVE capturing the expressions on my little ones as they open up presents!  Landon was excited about all his presents!  McKenzie was absolutely thrilled with her new doll and all the gifts that were food related!  Thanks Meme and Pa!

Brian and I took the kiddos on a suprise adventure...we got in the car and said we were off to somewhere FUN!  We ended up in a neighboring town, Canyon Lake.  They put on a great event called North Pole Village every December and it is just so much fun and perfect for young ones!  Landon had gone when he was almost 2 but we had not been back because I was too turned off by the crowds last time!  We got there on a Friday right when it opened and it was PERFECT!  Landon was able to go to all the sations...cookie decorating, petting zoo, hayride, visit Santa, write a letter to Santa, Toyland, face painting and he made an ornament!  We all went outside and watched the live nativity!

Every year, my friend, Bridgette and I make a point to go to Budafest together!  We have been friends since college, and we are always so busy with our kids in different towns that we never see each other, so it is so nice to reconnect at least once a year!  Her girls are just the sweetest things and have always been so nice to my lil' ones!
