Just too busy to pose!

This was by far the hardest monthly "photo shoot!"  You are crawling all over the place and into everything so it is extremely difficult to get a still shot of you! 

McKenzie you...
- have mastered crawling!
- stand unassisted!
- now love most baby food...the green stuff is your least favorite!
- saltine crackers are your favorite finger foods!
- love the beach!
- are more interested in phones, remotes and your brother's hotwheels cars than your own toys!
- started saying "uh-oh!"
- said, "bro bro" to Landon...he was beyond thrilled!
- are still a very happy baby but your feisty side shines through when you do not get your way!
- are a water baby...you love the your bath, the pool, the ocean, etc.!
- working on more teeth but you still just have the 2 bottom ones!
- will fight sleep if we are out in public because you do not want to miss out on anything, but as soon as you are buckled in the carseat you are fast asleep!

Landon has participated in British Soccer Camp since he was 3 years old!  It is an AWESOME camp!  Landon has really grasped the concepts of soccer and he did a great job.  He enjoyed the week and it was exciting to see his competitive spirit come out in the scrimmages!

We happened to be at the beach when a childhood friend was down there too!  Our kiddos sure had fun playing together!

Schlitterbahn South Padre

My parents got us tickets to go to the South Padre Schlitterbahn!  Landon was super excited about this!  Going to the one in South Padre is a treat for him...thanks Meme and Pa!

Landon looks forward to fishing trips with Uncle Ryan because he always finds some great ones for him!  This trip was no different...Landon and Rowan reeled lots of trout!

We went down to my parents house in Port Isabel in mid July and McKenzie got to really play on the beach for the 1st time!  She had been to the beach, but she was finally old enough to enjoy it!  She had a great time!  Big Bro Landon is a fan of the beach as well and gets more and more daring everytime we go into the ocean.  I thought Shark Week would make him a little anxious about the ocean water but not so much!  He loves everything about it!
